Kara Goucher long run on Feb 8th, the day after she won the 3k at the Reebok Boston Indoor Games, on the Boston Marathon Course. Kara does the last 20 miles of the course with Matt Taylor (Chasing Traditions, Kimbia and Glory and now with Puma).
